Keegan Murray just made 12 out of his 15 three-pointers in the King's win against the Utah Jazz!
In this game Murray had:
47 Points
8 Rebounds
2 Assists
2 Steals
70% of shots made (16/23)
80% of 3's made (12/15)
This was one of the greatest shooting performances ever!
Murray is now the first player ever to make 11 three-pointers in a row!
Additionally, his 12 threes in a game are the most in King's franchise history.
He is now also the youngest player ever to make at least 12 threes in a game.
The NBA record for most 3-pointers made in a game is held by Klay Thompson with 14, but Murray's performance tonight was probably still more impressive.
When Klay Thompson made 14 threes in a game he made 50% of his attempts, while tonight Keegan Murray made 12 threes while making 80% of his attempts.
While Murray has in the past been known to be a good 3-point shooter, before tonight he was only shooting 30% on the season, so this performance will likely give him some confidence going into the rest of the season.
